I liked that, upon check in, I was greeted by the staff member with a welcoming smile. He checked over the reservations that was made through a booking site and completed the check in process quickly. After he handed me the room keys, he provided me with directions to locate the room quickly and easily.

Staff was very kind but they were over worked and understaffed even a great front desk person can only do so much when rooms aren't getting cleaned, there are no towels in the pool area and things are falling apart because they are overwhelmed. Bed was very comfortable, location was good.

We always stay in the suite at this hotel when we visit. It's our favorite. Quiet rooms, HUGE double jetted bath, super affordable price during weeknights.

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They provided early check in and when I needed a HDMI cord found one. Even thought it was not included. The breakfast was also amazing.

It was close to the WSU campus and the airport. It was very clean and the decor was not outdated. The lobby was nice and I was pleasantly surprised with our room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book here again when I’m back in Pullman.

Loved the friendly staff. I also liked the back entrance that was near our room. The breakfast and coffee where great. I had tea later in the day to warm up. I was allowed to stay an extra hour that was much needed.

The breakfast was wonderful. There were multiple options and the presentation was organized and very clean. We enjoyed waffles, scrambled eggs, and potatoes. Denise was a great help to us during our stay.
