I thought the entry was beautiful, especially the chandelier. It was a very inviting welcome from driving the 5+ hours over the bridge. There are drinks (coffee and water) available at the front desk, which is very nice! The continental breakfast was good and had cereal, yogurt, some fresh fruit, lots of drink options, hot food (eggs, sausage and diced potatoes) and you could make your own waffles. The rooms were very nice and the bed firm and comfortable. I loved that the room had a heating and cooling option. We only used the heat since it was winter/springtime.

I liked that, upon check in, I was greeted by the staff member with a welcoming smile. He checked over the reservations that was made through a booking site and completed the check in process quickly. After he handed me the room keys, he provided me with directions to locate the room quickly and easily.

Staff was very kind but they were over worked and understaffed even a great front desk person can only do so much when rooms aren't getting cleaned, there are no towels in the pool area and things are falling apart because they are overwhelmed. Bed was very comfortable, location was good.

Good location, parking is easily accessible but fills quickly, breakfast room is big, waiting area is nice and clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice and clean and good size.

We had a last minute hiccup in moving my son into his college apartment. They upgraded our room with no charge since my son ended up having to stay with us the 1st night. We were having a crappy day and the staff made our day a little brighter. Will stay again.

Location excellent, breakfast very good, plenty of plug-ins for all our needs, plenty of towles, friendlly staff, key and internet worked good and comfortable bed.

We always stay in the suite at this hotel when we visit. It's our favorite. Quiet rooms, HUGE double jetted bath, super affordable price during weeknights.

It was actually in better condition on the inside than it looked like it would be (based on the condition of the exterior).

The staff was very kind and accommodating. They provided early check in and when I needed a HDMI cord found one. Even thought it was not included. The breakfast was also amazing.
